Eligibility Criteria For NRI /Foreign Students:
Foreign educated students seeking eligibility for NEET must have the below mentioned requirements:
They should have completed and passed the examination equivalent to class 12 qualification in their native or home country.
Additionally they should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and passed both the theoretical and practical papers in the subjects mentioned above.
Along with this passing an examination in English is mandatory.
Admission to Medical and dental colleges are open for Non Residential Indian(NRI), Overseas Citizens of India(OCI), and Foreign Nationals, But it is state government subjective matter, Educational Institutions And Government of India.
Now About the Validity of the Score obtained in NEET:
The validity of the score is valid for a single year.
By this the candidates who have successfully passed the examination in the year on which they have appeared.

Regarding getting the admission in the university, institute or college the qualified candidate need to appear for the counselling of the desired institute, university or college and fulfil the unique eligibility criteria set by the college.
NEET(UG) Qualifying Codes:
Code 01 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who are planning to take the NEET exam and are awaiting the results of the class 12 board exams must select this code. However, they must ensure they meet the specified criteria for class 12qualification by the time get into admission.
Code 02 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates preparing for the higher/ senior secondary examination or the Indian school certificate examination(ISCE), which is equivalent to class 12 and involves 12 years of study, should opt for this code.
As per National council of education research and training(NCERT), the last two years of the study should include science subjects like physics, chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, Mathematics or other elective subjects with English as a core subject.
This code also applies to Dropper candidates, The candidate who have passed in the previous year but wish to appear for NEET in the next year.
Code 03 Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants who have completed their intermediate or pre degree examination in science from an Indian university /Board or from a recognized body, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and compulsory English with practical tests in science subjects, should choose this code.
This code is also applicable for those candidates who have passed from the state boards.
Code 04 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who have cleared a pre-professional or pre-medical examination after passing the higher secondary examination or pre-university or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as a compulsory subject must select this code.
The Pre-Professional or Pre-Medical examination must involve practical tests in these subjects.
Code 05 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates pursuing a three year degree course from a recognized university, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects, and the candidates who have passed first year with practical tests in these subjects should use this code.
Please note: The qualifying exam here should be a university examination, and candidates should have previously passed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as a core subject.
Code 06 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates those who have passed the Bachelor in Science(BSC) examination from an Indian recognized university with at least two of the subjects which are Physics, Chemistry, Biology(Botany, Zoology)/Bio-Technology along with English must choose this code.
They should have passed in their earlier examination(10+2) with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Code 07 Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates who have cleared an examination, whether from India or from a foreign country that is deemed equivalent in scope and standard to the last two years of 10+2 study, comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests, must select this code.
